Notice of Special Session and Executive Session Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Pioneer Nursing Home Health District will convene a special session Board Meeting and an Executive Session.

Date: July 23rd, 2026
Time: Immediately following the open public meeting agenda item(s), or approximately 3 pm MST
Location: Pioneer Place, Skilled Nursing Classroom, 1060 D Street West, Vale, Oregon 97918

The Executive Session will be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h), which authorizes a public body to consult with legal counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of the public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

This Executive Session is not open to the public. Pursuant to Oregon law, members of the news media may attend unless otherwise excluded by law. Representatives of the news media and all other attendees are prohibited from disclosing information discussed during the Executive Session.

No final action or decision will be made during the Executive Session. Any decision resulting from the Executive Session will be made in open session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.
